We are an out of network provider with insurance companies. We will provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company after payment of service is received to receive possible reimbursement. Please keep all insurance receipts for your records and for the submission to your insurance company.
We encourage you to contact your insurance company and ask for an overview of your “out of network mental health benefits.” They will provide you with an explanation of benefits, including any deductibles or percentages of reimbursement.
24-hour Cancellation Policy
Please call at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment to cancel or to reschedule your appointment. When an appointment is made with us we reserve special time for you. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a full fee charge. This charge is unable to be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement. Cancellations need to be made by phone or text message.
Please be respectful of this policy since when an appointment is missed without notice, another client who needed support may have been unable to do so because the time slot was filled.
In Case of an Emergency
In the event of an emergency please go to your local hospital for assistance or call 911. Please contact us about the event as soon as you can so I can coordinate care.
If you need to contact me in-between sessions please leave me a message with me or your clinician. We will get back to you as soon as we can. We check messages often in order to coordinate your care most effectively,
Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted for payment of services. Payment is required at the time services are provided.
