Hello I’m Meredith O'Brien, LCSW

Meredith is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey.

Meredith received her Masters of Social Work degree from Fordham University in 2006 and received her Masters of Science with a concentration in counseling from the College of Mount Saint Vincent in 2000. Meredith has an advanced training certificate in Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She is also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor.

Meredith specializes in mental health services, more specifically the areas of depression, anxiety, addictions, eating disorders, chronic suicidal ideation, self-harm, family conflict, emotional dysregulation and life transitions. Meredith uses Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Oriented Therapy and Mindfulness-based treatments in her practice.

Meredith specializes in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, a skills-based treatment focusing on mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness and walking the middle path. Meredith offers mindfulness meditation to all of her clients.

Meredith uses the intuitive eating philosophy to help her clients to create a healthy relationship with food. She helps to guide her clients to reject the diet mentality and to tune into their inner signals and to start to respect and accept themselves.

Meredith has over ten years of experience working with children, adolescents, families and adults with varying degrees of mental health. Currently, Meredith operates her private practice in Red Bank, NJ where she provides individual, family and group counseling for adolescents and adults. Past experience includes working as a Therapist at Booker Behavioral Health at Riverview Medical Center in the Alcohol Related Services Department in Shrewsbury, NJ; Outpatient Therapist at CPC Behavioral Healthcare in Freehold, NJ; In-Home Therapist for Maxim Healthcare Services in Brick, NJ; Program Coordinator of the Children’s Mobile Response and Stabilization Program at CPC Behavioral Healthcare in Red Bank, NJ and Admissions Director and Social Worker at a special education school providing services for children with emotional disturbances in Norwalk, CT.

Meredith is also a certified eating disorder coach and was trained by the Carolyn Costin Institute

Hello I’m Jessica Lupon, LPC (Affiliate Clinician)

Jessica Lupon is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of New Jersey. She received her Masters Degree in Professional Counseling from Seton Hall University in 2010.

Jessica’s goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment in which you can work together to explore your thoughts and feelings in order to improve your quality of life and mental health. Jessica has experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She utilizes a strength based, client centered approach while integrating cognitive behavioral (CBT) and dialectal behavioral skills (DBT). Jessica specializes in the areas of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, anger management, stress management, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, family conflict, life transitions, crisis intervention, dual diagnosis and substance abuse.

Jessica has eight years of experience working as a clinician within Monmouth County. Currently, Jessica is an Affiliate Clinician in the private practice of Meredith O’Brien, LCSW in Red Bank, New Jersey where she provides individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents and adults. Prior to private practice, Jessica has worked as a clinician at High Focus Centers in Freehold in the adult dual diagnosis intensive outpatient and partial care program. Jessica has also worked as the Director of clinical services at The Center for Vocational Rehabilitation (CVR). Jessica has experience working with adolescents from providing services at Daytop, a residential treatment facility for adolescents in Mendham NJ.

Hello I’m Carianne D'Oriano, LPC (Affiliate Clinician)

Carianne is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of New Jersey. She received two Masters degrees in Professional Counseling and Counseling and Mental Health Services from The University of Pennsylvania in 2014.

Carianne's goal as a therapist is to help improve your overall mood and increase your ability to deal with life stressors with more positive outlets, therefore improving day to day mental health. Carianne believes that it is important to feel comfortable and trust your therapist in order to make positive changes in your life. Carianne has experience working in the school, community, and outpatient settings. Carianne is eclectic in her theoretical orientation which helps her focus on each individual’s unique experiences and goals while providing treatment. Carianne believes it is important to provide a nurturing and solution focused environment as a therapist. Carianne incorporates motivational interviewing, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, mindfulness, and family therapy in her practice to promote the mental health of her clients. Hello I’m Tatiana Grant, LPC, NCC (Affiliate Clinician)

Tatiana Grant is a licensed professional counselor in New Jersey and nationally board certified multiculturally competent therapist. Tatiana received her Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in children and adolescents from Monmouth University in 2015.

Tatiana specializes in the areas of: anxiety, depression, anger management, emotional/behavioral dysregulation, self-esteem, self-care, school problems, ADHD and parenting skills. Tatiana’s theoretical framework are an eclectic mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Child Centered Play Therapy and Mindfulness techniques. Using an eclectic approach allows Tatiana to individualize her client’s treatment goals.

Tatiana has experience working with children as young as three years old, adolescents and families. She has experience in providing in home services, community supports, outpatient and school based services. Ms. Grant also has experience presenting mental health materials to the community. Tatiana is proficient in Spanish.

Tatiana is a major advocate of self care, when she is not counseling she enjoys running and other forms of exercising. Hello I’m Ninette Tuerk, LCSW, LCADC

Ninette specializes in the areas of addiction, dual diagnosis, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, anger management, stress management, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, family conflict, and life transitions. Ninette has experience working with individuals, couples, and families. She utilizes a strength based, person centered approach while integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Oriented Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma Informed Treatment, and Mindfulness Treatment.

Ninette has worked over 35 years in the mental health and addiction field and brings extensive training, experience, and knowledge with a wide spectrum of people working with a variety of issues. Past employment, experience includes 29 years at Hackensack Meridian Health Behavioral Health: Jersey Shore University Medical Center, and Riverview Medical Center working in the capacity of a Mental Health Specialist, Social Worker, and Clinical Department Manager.

Ninette offers a unique blend of therapeutic knowledge, practical common sense, humor, and spiritual approach to life. She views each person as a unique individual who has the power within themselves to solve, improve, and make lasting changes. A trusting therapeutic relationship is key to the journey of change.
