Carianne's goal as a therapist is to help improve your overall mood and increase your ability to deal with life stressors with more positive outlets, therefore improving day to day mental health. Carianne believes that it is important to feel comfortable and trust your therapist in order to make positive changes in your life. Carianne has experience working in the school, community, and outpatient settings. Carianne is eclectic in her theoretical orientation which helps her focus on each individual’s unique experiences and goals while providing treatment. Carianne believes it is important to provide a nurturing and solution focused environment as a therapist. Carianne incorporates motivational interviewing, psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, mindfulness, and family therapy in her practice to promote the mental health of her clients. Carianne has experience working in the following areas: anxiety, family conflict, mood disorders, stress management, parenting skills, ADHD, crisis intervention, substance abuse, depression, trauma, loss, and other life changing events.
Currently, Carianne is an Affiliate Clinician in the private practice of Meredith O’Brien, LCSW in Red Bank, New Jersey where she provides individual and family services to children, adolescents and adults. Carianne is also supporting children and families as a Crisis Intervention Specialist for Mobile Response through CPC Behavioral Healthcare. Carianne has worked as a Primary Therapist for Princeton House Behavioral Healthcare at NuView Academy and an Intensive In-Community Therapist for The Community YMCA.
Hello I’m Tatiana Grant, LPC, NCC (Affiliate Clinician)
Tatiana specializes in the areas of: anxiety, depression, anger management, emotional/behavioral dysregulation, self-esteem, self-care, school problems, ADHD and parenting skills. Tatiana’s theoretical framework are an eclectic mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Child Centered Play Therapy and Mindfulness techniques. Using an eclectic approach allows Tatiana to individualize her client’s treatment goals.
Tatiana has experience working with children as young as three years old, adolescents and families. She has experience in providing in home services, community supports, outpatient and school based services. Ms. Grant also has experience presenting mental health materials to the community. Tatiana is proficient in Spanish.
Tatiana is a major advocate of self care, when she is not counseling she enjoys running and other forms of exercising. Tatiana is an Affiliate Clinician in the private practice of Meredith O’Brien & Affiliates, LLC in Red Bank, New Jersey where she provides individual and family services to children and adolescents.
Hello I’m Ninette Tuerk, LCSW, LCADC
Ninette has worked over 35 years in the mental health and addiction field and brings extensive training, experience, and knowledge with a wide spectrum of people working with a variety of issues. Past employment, experience includes 29 years at Hackensack Meridian Health Behavioral Health: Jersey Shore University Medical Center, and Riverview Medical Center working in the capacity of a Mental Health Specialist, Social Worker, and Clinical Department Manager.
Ninette offers a unique blend of therapeutic knowledge, practical common sense, humor, and spiritual approach to life. She views each person as a unique individual who has the power within themselves to solve, improve, and make lasting changes. A trusting therapeutic relationship is key to the journey of change. Ninette believe and strive to provide a therapeutic relationship that is safe, non-judgmental, empathic, respectful, nurturing, and validating.
